21 day challenge

Talking about race, justice and equity can be challenging, especially as the events of the past year have forced us to acknowledge that some people may be treated unfairly based solely on the color of their skin. At Republic Services, we stand on the side of justice, equity and respect and are committed to having an inclusive workforce where people of all backgrounds can be successful.

That is why, after honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy with a working holiday, we are kicking off a voluntary challenge for all Republic team members to participate in.

The 21-Day Reflection & Connection Challenge will help teach and broaden our understanding of topics like race, justice and equity – to help us be an even more inclusive workplace where the experiences of our black colleagues and community members can be better understood.
