Get ready for tax season! W-2 forms for 2025 are currently available on ADP. You can access your forms from Workday or by logging directly into ADP.
To access and download your W-2 from Workday, follow the steps below:
Log into Workday – Navigate to ADP from Workday > Benefits & Pay > View Pay Statement
Tax Statements Section – Select the ‘Tax Statements’ section or click into Review if your dashboard is displaying that Your Statements are Ready.
Select the 2025 W2 – Click on the 2025 W-2 and choose ‘View’.’

Once logged in you will follow steps 2-3 listed above.
