Congratulations on having a Finalist compete at the 2023 ROAD-EO National Championship! You play a very important role in helping your Finalist be prepared for a great time. One of the first tasks we need you to complete is uploading a photo of your Finalist to be included in the ROAD-EO program and other event collateral. Please review the ROAD-EO Headshot Guidelines here. If you have questions, email ROAD-EO@RepublicServices.com.
Finalist Headshot Checklist:
- Is the Finalist wearing his/her uniform shirt? (No hat, safety vest or sunglasses, please!)
- Is the photo high res (actual size setting)?
- Finalist’s headshots are due no later than November 21, 2022
Next Steps:
- You will be receiving an email on November 18, from Maritz Travel to arrange travel details (flight to Phoenix and hotel stay). Please arrange some time (15 minutes) with your Finalist to complete the form by December 1.
