There’s a lot to be excited about as we get closer to our ROAD-EO National Championship on Tuesday, December 7, in Phoenix, Arizona!
The ROAD-EO National Championship is Republic Services’ largest employee engagement event, taking place every two years and showcasing the best drivers, heavy equipment operators and technicians from across the country. The ROAD-EO is an opportunity for our employees to demonstrate their expert driving and outstanding maintenance skills.
Drivers and operators navigate timed courses with challenges featuring obstacles they encounter every day. Technicians face a complex diagnostic assessment where they identify as many maintenance issues as they can before time runs out.
We will award 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in eight categories:

Rear-Load Driver
Side-Load Driver
Roll-Off Driver
Collection Technician
Bulldozer
Wheel Loader
Post Collection Technician
