Summer is officially here and the temperatures are rising. That means we must all stay hydrated, especially when working outside! A few weeks ago, we asked you to tell us how you stay hydrated during these hot summer months for a chance to win a super handy 30-Miler Hydration Pack.
The submissions “poured” in! We received over 350 photos and comments! Thank you to all who participated.
Here are some tips for staying hydrated throughout the summer and all year long:
- Keep a reusable water bottle with you and drink from it throughout the day
- Drink plenty of water before, during, and after physical activity
- Drink a glass of water when you wake in the morning and before each meal
- Stay hydrated by enjoying water-rich foods such as watermelon, cucumber, celery, lettuce, tomatoes, and strawberries
